Steps to recreate the problem:
- go to main menu -> File -> New -> Project...
- select Java Project
- java project wizard shows up

Problem description:
Part of wizard is truncated - please see attached screenshot.

We are currently performing translation testing. We have a bridging program to map from another bug tracking system to Bugzilla. We rely on the prefix in the summary to associate the bug records. We'd like to keep it in the summary, if that's not causing any problem.
