1. Open the 'New Plug-in Project' wizard
2. Type in some 'Project name'
3. Next
4. Select 'Yes' for 'Create RCP app'
5. Next
Is:
 There is a check box 'Create a plug-in using one of the templates', if I uncheck the box I can not finish the wizard, therefore the check box really leafs me no choice.
Should:
 Remove the box or enable 'Finish' when unchecked
