Steps to recreate the problem:

Expand General
Under General, expand Network Connections
Click SSH2
Select Key Management
Click Generate DSA Key...

Problem Description:

The fingerprint field comes up with RTL reading order and right align, causing text to be garbled. This field should be set LTR.

The same goes for the large Edit field at the top of this screen (even though text orientation can be switched with the default Windows keys, the initial orientation should be LTR).

SSH2 preference page under Linux

Despite the fact I verified the bug, I still think you should take a look at the screen shot, which shows how the preference page looks like. As you can see, even though Eclipse was run in the RTL mode some widgets on the preference page look the same as in LTR mode. I was just thinking it would be a good idea to bring to your attention. But once again, I don't find it strictly related to the reported issue, so I would mark the bug as verified.
