To reproduce:
- Start a java process in command prompt with -XrunpiAgent (PI Agent)
- In workbench, create a Attach Java Process configuration and select Agents tab.

No Agent is listed available in the list for attach.
Problem does not exist with RAC on the same Vista machine.
