Steps To Reproduce:
1. Launch the Checkout wizard.
2. Select a repository.
3a. Select one module from the list.
3b. Select two modules from the list
4a. Make sure the Checkout subfolders checkbox exists.
4b. Checkout subfolder option is missing.

After fixing this bug the "Checking out a folder into an existing project" section will have to be updated (org.eclipse.platform.doc.user\tasks\tasks-96b.htm).

I suspect there may have been a reason why the checkbox was left off in the multi folder case. However, we can investigate at some point.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
