europa on top 3.3 M7

context:
- installed all europa features (except SOA) from the Europa Update Site on top
a fresh 3.3 M7 install
- restarted

scenario:
- with no other background process running, go to Help --> Software Updates --> Find and Install...

--> observe: the feature updates dialog is excessively slow to display / show-up.

Perform the same test using a base Eclipse, the dialog shows-up quickly.

Additional info:
- this problem is visible only the very first time you try to perform updates (after launching europa). If you try to do it again, then the dialog shows-up immediately.
- sounds like the number of available update sites (after the europa install) has an impact on this bug (see to be attached screen shot)
- check-out JVM dumps taken while waiting for the dialog to show-up
