I've seen two elections fail from the start now because the portal guessed a standard name for the dev list and the project were using something non-standard.  The nominators don't appear to pay attention to this since it's already filled in.

Fixed by putting a table of the inconsistently named dev mailing lists into the component. Once bug 134275 is fixed, this component should use that database table for the default mailing lists rather than this internal table of adjustments.
