Meghan: I'll assign this to you for now. I'm not sure if CSV is the right format because the size may be a problem, the update of the file may be pain, and because interaction events are not naturally mapped to CSV (although reports on them are). So the first step would probably be to make them downloadable as the raw files. Please note that you can stream out CSV file right to the client and I think that xml files would be harder to load/analyze without writing custom code. You already have aggregated report results and, like you said, can just save those aggregated results as CSV (columns like id, number of events, number of users, time of the first and last event occurence). Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1]. We are closing ~14K Bugzilla issues to give the new team a fresh start.
