One of the buttons on the usage submission wizard is "don't ask me again". I think, but I'm not positive, it asks me again the next time I restart Eclipse. But if I said "don't ask me again" its not clera that's per run of the workbench.

Do you know if you were using the same workspace?  The intention was that it wouldn't ever ask you again when you were working in that workspace, but I believe that preference is stored on a per-workspace basis so I think it would ask again if you were using a new workspace.  Is there any way to get preferences across workspaces?

I'll also check to see if there's a bug and this is happening even in the same workspace.

I just tested this and it seems that the preference is properly toggled and the user is not asked again unless they start a new workspace.  Marking as resolved.
