Another inconsistency, Copy/Paste a file to the same directory, you get a rename dialog. Ctrl-DND a file to the same directory, you get a copy of filename. I suspect the problem here is that DND is not using CopyFilesAndFoldersOperation and CopyProjectOperation. Drag is wrong. It should only generate a "Copy of" if copying a file over itself (ie. same path, not same name). It should never generate a "Copy of" for folders, but should merge as does Paste.
