wtp 2.0 rc0

when i disable "enable searching for task tags" in the task tags preference page, the task tags it created are not removed

Upping severity.  There's no other way to remove the tasks through the UI.

I can't find any settings for "enable searching for task tags" if I am right in assuming task tags are like the tags that happen in Java files when you you put a comment with "TODO" then I don't see any settings for this at all in SSE, I also don't see any tags added for "TODO" comments added in HTML or XML files.  My thinking is this is a feature we no longer support.  Though please correct me if I am just not seeing something right in front of my face.

Ignore this comment, i found the setting, and this is still reproducible.  Probably why its disabled by default.

This patch deletes the tasks created for the task tags added in the preference when searching for task tags is disabled.
