Build 20020602

1. Create new workspace
2. Open Java perspective
3. Create Java project
4. Open hierarchy on Throwable
5. Close hierarchy view
6. Open hierarchy on Throwable again
Observe: The hierarchy view is not reopen

This happened in an old workspace. When I create a new workspace, I cannot 
reproduce any more.

I can reproduce it in a new workspace. You don't see the hierarchy but it is 
there. You have to remove the packages view on top of it.

This looks like a layout problem and seems to be related to 18642

I changed the preference to open a view as a fast view in my old workspace. I 
didn't change it in my new workspace.

Note that I stil have the problem in my new workspace: I first could not 
reproduce, but since then I exited and restarted it (if this is relevant), and 
I cannot reopen the hierarchy view  (closed in the same session) in this new 
workspace.

Verified that this bug is fixed with patch
