When a root task has subtasks the activation button and expand node image overlap (see screenshot). This results in both expansion and activation. Will need to consider this interaction. This could be avoided if we drop the notion of root tasks.

Rob: I think we need to resolve this by removing root tasks and having them all go into an unfiled category.
