The fix for removing the ellipses from the Open Type dialog (bug #180193) requires both a change in org.eclipse.ui and one in JDT.ui.  This bug is to track the latter.

The JDT changes *must* be released with the eclipse.ui ones otherwise the result will look odd (ie. something like "Searching:... 9 files to index (20%)").

As a head start and for my own testing, these seem to be the string changes needed although I am not sure the purpose of the ones in CorextMessages.

Does not change TypeInfoViewer (from old Open Type dialog) and AllTypesCache (not used).
