On http://www.eclipse.org/mail/index_project.php the cross-project-issues-dev is under the Technology project. This is wrong. It should be under "Eclipse General".

Patch to remove cross-project and provisioning-dev from Technology

I've added cross-project to the Eclipse General section, and have attached a patch to the technology project-info to remove it (as well as provisioning-dev, which is also not a technology-specific list).
