When creating a new task (whether it is a repository task or a local one), the category selected in the "Add to category" box should remember the last value that was used.  This would be useful when creating tasks that are local or don't have a query and you want to put them into some category.

As another option, users could specify on a per repository basis what category tasks should be added to if they choose to add them to a category.
