I have encountered the following with the new 3.3 presentation minimise behaviour:

 - Minimise fast view bars may be positioned partially outside the window border
 - Minimise fast view bars may overlap
 - Minimise fast view bars may be duplicated
 - The minimise fast view area may remember paint splatters (by which I mean old graphics information such as a removed fast view bar may stay drawn, even if the Workbench window is redrawn, e.g. by hiding it behind another window and then bringning it to the front).

I attach a screenshot which demonstrates all four of these points:

 - Two bars exist, the first one starts beneath the scrollbar of the view.
 - The first bar appears above and to the left of another bar which it overlaps.
 - The second bar is a duplicate of the first - the buttons highlight as expected and have the same tooltips (Restore and Help) but it is always drawn beneath the first.
 - Some blue is left over from another window. This blue persists after a redraw. I have also seen this with fast view trim.

Shortly before encountering this I had maximised the editor area and moved all minimised fast view bars to the bottom of the window in the form:
[Left stack] [Status fields..] [Bottom stack] [Right stack] [Help stack]

On restarting Eclipse the problem went away and I have not yet seen it again or been able to devise steps to recreate it. I am reporting this issue in case anyone has encountered the issue and can expand on the points I raise to help isolate the bug(s).

Yeah, this is a dup of bug 178798. I think you're being quite generous in marking this as 'minor'...;-).
