Thinking about users without javascript or an Exception thrown on startup, there should be a possibility to add static error pages when the application does not load correctly.
My initial thought was to use a meta-refresh in the index.html template of the workbench. This can be disabled immediately with some javascript code.
Additionally, user should be able to define their own error pages per entrypoint with a fallback to a default error page.
