Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create new JET2 Project and give the project a mixed Arabic and english name (change the keyboard layout to Arabic and use the following key strokes "lav,u1_JET")
2. Right click over XML file ‘sample.xml’, and choose Run 
3. Create new configuration, pull down the menu and choose the Project name 

This problem is also noticed in "Problems" view as shown in the attached file

More information:
As a solution for this problem, we recommend the use of Unicode control
character ( as LRM) to ensure proper ordering of complex Bidi expressions

Tod, can you route this bug to the appropriate owners?  It looks like this bug should be split into three, one for rename, the problems view, and JET2.

The properties view has been fixed by bug 271326 and the other 2 cases have to do with text entry and BiDi (covered by an SWT bug).

this defect was verified against IES 3.5.0 GM and the problem still exists.
