Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a CheckedTreeSelectionDialog sub-class.
2. Set the input to a list that has 3 level, the 3rd being the items themselves. The list has about 15,000 items.
3. Open the dialog.
4. Click on "Select All" button.

The cursor changes to hourglass then back to default repeatedly. The selection is also very slow - most likely due to this UI state change.

Should just set the hourglass (if really needed) and not do UI refreshing until all checkboxes are checked.

SWT does not change the cursror.  It is possible that the cursor is changed way down deep in the operating system C code.  If JFAce is not changing the cursor, please move this bug report back to SWT.

This is probably due to the call to BusyIndicator.showWhile() in AbstractTreeViewer.createChildren().

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
