Generate getter and setter
Generate delegate method
Generate constructor,
 etc ...

sould be at the top of the source menu because these menus are often used.

So after Alt-Shift-S, it would be easier and faster to access these most used menus with the "Down Key".
Furthermore these menus don't have default key binding (like "toggle comment" or "organize import" ...) so make them more accessible

Yes i know i can make key binding but this enhancement would be better ;)

The order and the decision which actions get a shortcut by default is something we don't to change at this time. We made these decisions based on our usage experiences and other feedback.
We also can't add new shortcuts easily as other plug-in also need shortcuts.

What I suggest is that you use the mnemonics: Alt+ Shift + S opens the quick menu, v then the 'Override' wizard.
