Hello,

I'm  missing the capability to configure relative paths to the installed jdk. 
My eclipse is installed on a USB-Drive with workspaces and jdk's. On different 
computers i get different Drive-Letters forcing me to change the jdk settings every time i use it on the next pc. 

Please enter a capability to configure the jdk's relative to the eclipse directory.

This feature request has nothing to do with APT.  Moving to JDT core inbox.  (But maybe this is actually a Platform feature?)
