This page claims to list all eclipse.org mailing lists:

http://www.eclipse.org/mail/index_all.php

However, it doesn't contain the planning council mailing list:

http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/eclipse.org-planning-council/maillist.html

There may be other mailing lists that have slipped through the cracks...

It doesn't appear on the Mailman list of lists either, so the list is marked as hidden.

Lists that begin with eclipse.org- are typically not visible to the general public - there are about a dozen of them. I'm not sure if that rule has changed or not.

This list seems to be the way Europa build results are broadcast, so it's important information to have on hand...
