In an effort to reduce the number of toolbar items to allow space for other plugins:

The MS Vista guidelines discuss the use of toolbar items to represent frequently used actions.  It doesn't seem like "Print" makes the grade.  Its an infrequent operation in most applications, its know to be in the File menu, and Cntrl-P is a consistent and well known key sequence.

We should make it optional and off by default.
