The new employer consent form that we recently rolled out appears to have been inadvertently deleted from our website and replaced with the old form.  Could you please update the form at: http://www.eclipse.org/legal/committer_process/employer_consent.pdf
with the new version of the form (attached).

I copied the new version of the employer_consent.pdf from the legal directory into the committer_process directory. For some reason we seem to be maintaining two different copies of this file in the content directories. 

I need to check with Bjorn why this is.
