Steps To Reproduce:
1. Export an Eclipse product

2. Search for the preference Window -> Preferences -> Java -> Compiler compliance level

3. On computers having JRE 5.0 on them its set to 5.0, but for 6.0 its 1.4

Tried on several machines with several jre-s, like:

java version "1.6.0"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-b105)
