I had around 70 Java editors opened, then performed File->Close All.

Two modal error dialogs popped up, when you press OK in the second, it pops up again and the same NPE is added to the log. The only way to proceed is to kill Eclipse.

Looks like the decoration manager trie to decorate closed views. The initial error was a ConcurrentModificationException
