The newly developed problem reporting mechanism will be integrated into the existing plug-ins starting with the core and ui plugins.

Changing target milestone to RC0. Hopefully we will do a lot of integration work on our project meeting in Poznan.

All occurrences of the old problem dialog were replaced by the NewProblemDialog. Integration work was done.
