A JSDL to JDL already exists and is being developed by Moreno Marzolla <moreno.marzolla@pd.infn.it>. The translator can be found in http://grid.pd.infn.it/omii/jsdl2jdl.

The above translator is currently being used by our framework during the job-submission process.

Therefore, i am closing this feature request.
