1) Design the initial implementation of the JSDL Editor with the following forms:
  - Job Definition
  - Job Description
  - Job Identification
  - Application

2) Load an existing JSDL file (created from the Job Description Wizard) into the editor.

3) Ability to change the values of the attributes contained in the above pages.
