1. Create a project, in a source file create some string constant with Latin and Hebrew characters

2. Change the project encoding from Cp1255 to UTF-8

Result - Hebrew text is replaced by incorrect characteres.  

We think there should be an option to perform codepage conversion of sources after such a change.

There are no plans to do such a conversion.
