Despite its classification as a CRM tool, it is also widely used by large companies (like BT, BEA, UPC, T-Mobile, Mobilkom Austria, just to name a few) in their area for Quality Management and Customer Requests (such as Issues or Change Requests)

A recent cooperation between Amdocs and IBM as well as the fact, that it is used heavily by many other telecoms or vendors like BEA could make it very useful for some of them to have access to ClarifyCRM from within RCP-enabled applications (IBM) or other Eclipse environments like WebLogic Workshop.
