When attempting to add an attachment to bug 178439 I received the following error...

"undef error - Undefined subroutine Fh::slice at data/template/template/en/default/global/hidden-fields.html.tmpl line 58"

I had selected the file, set a description, selected patch, and selected to obselete attachment 61478 [details].

This is, unfortunately, a well known Bugzilla bug.  It's fixed in the latest Bugzilla release, which is scheduled for April 3.  We're tracking the issue in our bug 123499
