In the processing for the currently selected tab in a view stack we aren't honoring the 'secondaryId'. This means that multi-instance stacks are not correctly handled.

Also, restoring a stack while it's showing a view doesn't make that view the new 'selected' tab view (probably because it's 'pane' is the FastViewPane at that point.

Committed in >20070411. Now uses compound id's for everything...
