This enhancement proposes a new Radar/Polar series type for charts. The polar  
chart has a linear circular axis, while the radar chart (or spider chart) has 
angles and is category-based.

I'm a student for this year Google Summer of Code. My project title is: "adding new chart types in BIRT". So I'm going to implement the donut chart.

of course it should be Radar chart instead of donut !
