Description Curtis Windatt CLA 2007-03-20 12:22:09 EDT
Build ID: I20070320-0010

Using the all references action inline in the variables view or in the popup dialog, the reference entries are missing names (Reference 1, Reference 2, ...). The names are visible if columns are turned on.

A partial fix is being worked on in bug 179111. However, it will be better to have more descriptive names.

When columns are turned off, the text is produced by JDIModelPresentation.getVariableText(). This method strips off any text before the last space character (' ') found. To have more descriptive names, space must be allowed. Making this bug dependant on bug 179121.

Fix for Bug 179111 has changed the naming scheme to an array style [0], [1], etc. While having more descriptive names for each reference is possible, doing so would clutter up the view. Marking as a duplicate of 179111.
