The PropertySheetEntry class right now supports 
1)getValueAsString() ->labelProvider.getText()  
2)getImage() ->labelProvider.getImage()

 It would be great if it would support a labelProvider implementing IColorProvider.

Note that the properties view is not under active development as the tabbed properties view is intended to replace it

There are currently no plans to work on this enhancement

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
