All Europa projects are required to use 3rd party plugins from Orbit project, so there won't be different versions for these plugins.

org.apache.batik project has been moved to Orbit also. And it has been splitted into several dependent single jar. Please see:  http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Orbit_Bundles

The latest stable build of Orbit project can be downloaded from:
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/ 

So there is no plugin "org.apache.batik" after we switch to use Orbit project. Below project need to modify their MANIFEST.MF to use org.eclipse.batik.transcoder in their require-bundle list:

2./org.eclipse.birt.report.designer.core/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
