The build_notes.html automatically generated by the releng release tool contains the title "Eclipse Platform Release Notes (3.3) - JFace and Workbench", regardless of project.

Since it automatically checks this file in before the wizard completes, there is no opportunity for the user to correct this.

With the move to Git, this tool isn't in active use anymore for anything other than copyright updates.  I'm going to close this bug as we have no plans to address it.
