Add a new "Source" top level menu and add all relevant commands to it. This would be similar to JDT. 

The "Edit" menu already contains lots of commands which is confusing to the user. There exists commands in the editor context menu which are not available in a top level menu. These can be added to the Source menu too.

Following commands could be added to the Source menu:

Comment/Uncomment
Add Block Command
Remove Block Comment
--------------------
Shift Right
Shift Left
Correct Indentation
Format
--------------------
Add Include

I just noticed that this top level menu was introduced with 6.0.  We still need to move some of the edit commands into the new Source menu.

Fixed in HEAD > 20091106.
