Ah, the master of understatement...;-). Just to help me track this down a couple of questions: What steps led you here (i.e. did you change the res while eclipse was open or close, change, re-open)? Did you make the res bigger or smaller? Does a resize 'fix' the layout or is it permanent? I fixed the problem by maximizing the editor but resizing may have fixed it as well. I had Eclipse open when I downed my resolution for my presentation. After, I uped the resolution again and closed the laptop. When i opened it the next day, I saw the extra trim space. Out of cycles...changing target MS. This is so obscure that I'd have to be out of higher priority defects to consider it. Moving to 3.4 since this is truly an edge condition and a simple resize fixes it. This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
