See http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/DSDP for an example.  The left nav bar is missing.  If I edit pages like this and save them, everything looks good.  Do I need to go through and edit all of my pages?

  Unless you had done some inline formating somehow the leftnav should just be there.

Have you 'fixed' all of your pages, or can you point me to a page that you haven't fixed, because all of the pages I've checked look fine from here.

Cache problem.  I flushed the browser cache (Firefox 2.0.0.2) and it's working now.
