The problem:
$ cvs -d lzhang@dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/modeling rtag -r build_200611162108 R0_7_5 org.eclipse.mdt/org.eclipse.eodm
cvs [rtag aborted]: could not open lock file `/cvsroot/modeling/org.eclipse.mdt/org.eclipse.eodm/doc/org.eclipse.eodm.doc/images/,.cvsignore,': Permission denied

This problem may be caused by a left-over lock file of some previous unclean CVS operation. Can you help delete the lock file from repository ?

The lock file indicates that you don't have commit rights there.  Can you confirm with your Project Lead?

Denis, the same operation succeeds for other modules, e.g. eodm/plugins, eodm/tests, etc. Only eodm/doc failed.

Kenn, please help confirm to Denis that I am a committer of EODM in MDT.

I have sent information on groups in MDT to the Foundation at least twice... Yes, Lei is a committer on EODM in MDT.
