Currently most of the source actions are disabled for read-only files. Is this 
the supposed bahaviour under Clear Case ? Wouldn't the user expect a automatic 
check-out as for refactoring or typing since we don't have a check-out button.

Source actions now use validateEdit to figure out if file can be modified. Got 
addressed for 2.1
