More information:
I've got some Repository Tasks titles and description in cyrillic.
Both Trac and Eclipse shows them correctly, it's utf8 encoded.
But when I'd tried to test Task Activity Report feature and to get an html report, all cyrillic chars'd gotten replaced by infamous ???
So, it looks like there should be some conversion work done in that corner.
I'm attaching a snapshot of Eclipse workspace before exporting and a resulting .html generated by Mylar.
