Steps To Reproduce:
1. open a plugin.xml file
2. make changes using one of the forms (e.g. Extensions)
3. use the Revert action in the File menu


More information:
Nothing happens. However, if you switch to the plugin.xml tab the Revert action becomes disabled, and if you switch back to the Extensions tab the Revert action works properly.
