I've got Eclipse-platform-3.3M5 (I20070209-1006)
On Linux-GTK-x86 (RHEL4) with Sun Java 1.6.0

Help > Software Updates > Find and Install
  New Remote Site: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.3milestones
  Expand 3.3M5

--> Some features are missing, e.g. PDE, Examples, CVS Client Runtime.
--> Closer inspection shows that some missing features are under 3.3M4
--> The CVS Client Runtime is nowhere to be found

cvs feature was missing a qualifier on m5 which has since been fixed.

pde is due to bug 181191, same issue with examples
