Could you list the annotations that were found? The only errors I saw were "The method equals(Object) in the type String is not applicable for the arguments (boolean)". If it's "undefined attribute name" warnings, then this has already been fixed in WTP 1.5.3 & WTP 2.0 (since M2) (bug 159926 & bug 143209) (In reply to comment #3) > (bug 159926 & bug 143209) You are correct! That is what I was seeing, thanks. YOU ARE FAST!! :) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 143209 *** Closing as part of mass query to clean up old resolved bugs in untargetted milestones. |
Build ID: M20060921-0945 Steps To Reproduce: 1. Create a new jsp 2. Past in the following <html> <body> <select name="test"> <option value="1" <%= ("1".equals(true)?"SELECTED":"") %>>option 1</option> <option value="2" <%= ("2".equals(false)?"SELECTED":"") %>>option 2</option> <option value="3" <%= ("3".equals(false)?"SELECTED":"") %>>option 3</option> </select> </body> </html> 3. The errors appear 4. An more annoying issue is the fact that if you have a large jsp and have this kind of code the whole app gets slower and freezes up at times. More information: If there is something wrong with the syntax let me know, it runs fine in tomcat 5.5 and even if the syntax isn't correct the app should not get pegged just for trying to validate it. Let me know if you have any questions
