This is related to bug 106804, I think. Unless you're saying that emf.cheatsheets SHOULD NOT depend on jdt.core? The cheat sheets use JDT core to create Java projects and I don't think the cheetsheets make sense being installed without Java being installed because you would not be able to compile the generated examples without JDT. So I think this is just a duplicate of 106804 and is not asking that the cheatsheets work without JDT but rather are asking for EMF to provide finer grained feature granularity just as in 106804. If that's not the case, please explain further. If that is the case, please comment in 106804 what you would consider to be a good feature breakdown. We plan to get together at EclipseCon to discuss how to finally make 106804 happen, so your input to 106804 will help guide us. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 106804 *** |
