1. create an html page with <table></table>
2. place cursor between table's start & end tag and prompt for content assist
3. notice the correct tags are proposed
4. type '<' between the start & end tags and then prompt for content assist
5. **notice all html tags are proposed, which is incorrect

if you type a space between the start & end tags, everything appears to work fine.

This is the same problem presented by bug 287902 but for HTML. Tried the patch submitted for that bug and it also fixes the issue on HTML.
